Main St. Pet Treats is a pet-focused store offering a variety of dog and cat treats, toys, pet clothing, accessories, and other pet essentials. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Pet Store Associate who enjoys interacting with customers and has a genuine love for animals.

We are seeking a customer-focused Pet Store Associate to assist customers in finding the right products for their pets while helping maintain the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys working in a retail environment, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service to pet owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate pet treats, toys, clothing, and accessories.
- Maintain well-organized shelves and attractive product displays.
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock checks and replenishment.
- Handle product packaging, labelling, and organization as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Process customer purchases and handle transactions accurately.




- Answer customer questions about products and direct specialized pet-care questions appropriately.

Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn about pet products.
- A genuine interest in animals and their well-being.
- Ability to perform routine retail duties, including stocking shelves and handling merchandise.
