Duties

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately according to prescriptions
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure medication storage complies with safety standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by answering questions and guiding patients on medication use
- Verify prescription details and ensure all medical terminology is correctly documented
- Support medication administration processes by preparing labels and organizing patient medication packs
- Maintain precise records of prescriptions, inventory logs, and patient interactions




- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting is highly desirable
- Able to speak Cantonese
- Experience with Kroll is an asset
- Experience as a pharmacy assistant or similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to medications and patient care
- Excellent attention to detail to prevent errors in prescription processing
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care and confidentiality
