Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill is launching a brand-new location and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the pharmacy team. You’ll shape processes, supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure accurate dispensing in a compliant, patient-centric workplace.

Working with the Pharmacy Management team, you’ll oversee hiring, onboarding, SOP creation, and performance evaluations, while maintaining inventory integrity and regulatory standards to support long-term growth.
