Brockville General Hospital is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Specialist (Physician) for a temporary full time role in the Medical Affairs department. You will lead recruitment and retention efforts for physician specialists, collaborating with partner organizations and participating in career fairs to grow our talent pipeline.
