We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as both a clinical and office assistant. Candidates must be upbeat, motivated, self-driven and highly organized. Experience within a healthcare or office setting is not mandatory but is an asset. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and assist with billing and insurance claims




- Coordinate referrals and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
- Assisting practitioners in the delivery of their treatments
- Setting up/removing electrotherapies
- Health promotion/education

Qualifications
- OTA/PTA certificate is not essential but an asset
- Reliable/dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and multitasking skills
- Commitment to quality care and delivery of good service.
