Volunteer Physiotherapy / Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Volunteer Physiotherapy / Chiropractic Assistant to support our practitioners in a multidisciplinary clinic.

This is a volunteer position focused on gaining hands-on experience and learning about physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic operations under practitioner supervision.

Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists and chiropractors with patient care as directed
- Help set up patients for treatments and therapeutic modalities
- Assist with basic rehabilitation exercises under practitioner supervision
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and equipment
- Help with patient flow and general clinic support
- Assist practitioners with day-to-day clinical tasks
- Follow clinic procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control protocols

Qualifications
- Interest in physiotherapy, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, kinesiology, or a related field




- Willingness to learn and follow practitioner instructions
- Comfortable interacting with patients
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an asset but not required
