Lead day-to-day engineering delivery for EVCare™. Coordinate battery engineering, data science, and our software build team; own technical quality, testing, and milestone sign-off ahead of each pilot go-live; and keep platform knowledge documented inside Volterra.

Experience managing engineering teams that ship data-heavy software required, ideally in EV, battery, or telematics.

Be the CEO’s operational right hand as Volterra scales from pilot to commercial deployment — running planning and reporting cadences, coordinating fundraising and due-diligence support, managing partner relationships, and keeping engineering, pilot, and commercial priorities in step. Startup operations experience, ideally in SaaS or cleantech.

A hands-on execution seat, not a strategy seat.



Sit alongside our software build team and turn product direction into shipped features; own UX/UI for EVCare™ Mobile and Dashboard; run capability testing and validation on our core scoring modules; engineer telematics data ingestion pipelines; and lead pilot demonstrations through early commercialization. Vancouver, BC (hybrid or remote), versatile fractional.

Own hands-on delivery of an EVCare™ fleet pilot in Metro Vancouver. Lead on-site vehicle and telematics onboarding, manage telematics data integration, support battery model configuration, run weekly data quality checks through the live pilot, and compile the final report. Vancouver-based contract role with on-site presence required; hands-on fleet telematics or EV maintenance experience needed.
