Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Pizza Cook-Barista at Bacaro pizzeria Rockland. In this dynamic role, you will be learning how to take orders and make pizza and other plates.

Your main responsibility will be taking orders and making speciality coffees.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, assembling ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Brew coffee and craft beverages as per customer specifications, providing friendly and effective service.
- Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Support team members during busy hours by performing meal preparation and food service duties as needed.

Qualifications Must be able to communicate with customers in French and English.





- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or a similar role is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and basic cooking techniques.
- Strong serving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience involving meal preparation or pizza making is a plus.
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that energizes both colleagues and guests.

Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour
