Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Pizza Maker will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy delicious, freshly made pizzas with consistent quality.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas using various methods, ensuring proper temperature and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with professionalism and friendliness
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards within the food industry
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience including familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pizza preparation
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
