What you'll do

- Lead the planning, design, and iteration of core platform products, including the homepage, account, asset, and user-center modules.
- Build and enhance account and asset-management systems, including registration and login, identity verification, asset display, deposits and withdrawals, and transaction history.
- Own compliance-related product features, including KYC, permission management, risk disclosures, and compliance workflows.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and business data to continuously optimize product experience and operational processes.
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, risk control, and compliance teams to deliver product requirements and drive projects through launch.

What you'll need

- At least 3 years of product-management experience in internet platforms, fintech, payments,



or trading platforms; experience with platform products is preferred.
- Strong product planning, requirements analysis, and business-process design capabilities; able to independently produce PRDs, prototypes, and product proposals.
- Familiarity with product systems related to accounts, assets, permissions, KYC, and compliance; experience designing complex business systems.
- Robust data-analysis, logical-thinking, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Experience in payments, securities, digital assets, cross-border finance, or related industries is preferred.
