Job Summary The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site plumbing activities for construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications, codes, and company standards. The Foreman leads crews, manages resources, and acts as the key liaison between field staff, project management, and other trades.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices on active construction sites
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily plumbing activities to meet project timelines
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, BIM design, and specifications to guide installation
- Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to avoid conflicts and delays
- Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for the job
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety compliance
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members




- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues or site challenges efficiently
- Maintain accurate daily reports, including labor hours, progress, and any incidents
- Enforce company safety policies and participate in safety meetings

Qualifications

- Red Seal Certification
- 4+ years of plumbing experience in the foreman role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction practices
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
