Sarata Manufacturing Inc. is a sheet metal fabrication shop in Windsor, Ontario, providing laser cutting, forming and bending, MIG/TIG welding, powder coating, and assembly for industrial customers. We are hiring a Powder Coater / Painter to prepare and finish fabricated parts. Powder coating experience is preferred; we are willing to train a reliable candidate with strong attention to detail. This is a full time, long-term opportunity on day shift.
Responsibilities: Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and masking; racking and hanging parts for coating; applying powder coat to specifications; operating the cure oven; inspecting finished parts and performing touch-ups as needed.
Requirements: Powder coating experience preferred; willing to train a reliable candidate; strong attention to detail; able to lift 50 lbs; dependable and punctual.
