We're a growing team and are looking for one Junior PPF & Tint Installer and one Senior PPF & Tint Installer to join us.
We are seeking a dedicated ,motivated, Junior and Senior PPF & Tint Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of PPF and Tint. You will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life with precision and expertise. Experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for PPF and Tint application, ensuring they are clean and smooth.
- Accurately install PPF and Tint on various surfaces.
- Apply PPF and Tint using proper techniques, minimizing bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections.
- Trim and finish PPF and Tint installations for a professional appearance.
- Maintain, clean and organize installation tools, equipment, and work environment.
- Complete inspection forms and create measurement guidelines.
- Read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Working in various climates.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Possibly help with other production tasks or large sign Installation, as needed.
- Travel to and complete on-site installations in outside shops, while complying with all required safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience is Required for the Senior PPF & Tint Installer position.
Training will be provided for the Junior PPF & Tint Installer position.
- 3M Preferred is an asset, or other relevant training
- Ability to work with precision and have good attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self- motivated, and a willingness to adapt and pivot accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- A portfolio showing related work is a bonus.
