Preferred Qualifications

- Valid Florida Educator Certificate with endorsements/certification in both Educational Leadership and School Principal.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful school-based administrative experience as an Assistant Principal and/or Principal.
- Experience serving diverse student populations, including Exceptional Student Education (ESE) and/or Title I schools.
- Experience across multiple grade configurations, such as Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and/or Secondary levels.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive,



and team-oriented school culture.
- Proven success in building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community stakeholders.
- Strong instructional leadership skills, including the ability to support teacher development and improve student achievement.

SALARY

- Principal Mid $102,000
- Principal K-8 $103,000
- Principal HS $118,000
