Who We Are

Firebird Prints is a rapid-growing custom printing company specializing in custom apparel, promotional products, trade show displays, and branded merchandise for businesses across Canada.

We deliver 5-star customer experiences with one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry, helping businesses bring their brands to life.

We proudly work with organizations including NASA, Amazon, EA Sports, lululemon, government organizations, and hundreds of growing Canadian businesses.

The Role

As our Print Production Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our daily production operations.

You'll plan schedules, assign tasks, coordinate resources, solve problems, and ensure every job is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

You'll be the key connection between our sales and production teams, anticipating challenges, resolving issues, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading people, and bringing order to a quick-paced environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is exceptionally organized and loves planning ahead.
- Takes ownership, follows through, and holds themselves accountable.
- Communicates confidently, clearly, and professionally.
- Is assertive, decisive, and comfortable delegating responsibilities.
- Stays calm under pressure and finds solutions instead of excuses.
- Can manage competing priorities and adapt quickly.
- Enjoys leading, supporting, and motivating a team.
- Has excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Learns new technology and systems quickly.
- Cares deeply about customer satisfaction and teamwork.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. This Role Isn't For You If

- You struggle with organization or managing deadlines.
- You avoid difficult conversations or making decisions.
- You tend to blame others instead of taking responsibility.
- You get overwhelmed when priorities suddenly change.

- You dislike following processes or holding others accountable.

Experience in printing, signage, manufacturing, logistics, or production coordination is strongly preferred. However, we value leadership potential, exceptional planning skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities just as much as industry experience.

If you have the right attitude and transferable skills, we're willing to train you.

Key Responsibilities
