Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Personal Support Worker to provide exceptional in-home care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor health conditions regularly
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
- Assist with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety at all times
- Document care provided, report any changes in health or behavior,



and communicate effectively with family members or healthcare professionals

Requirements

- Proven experience in assisted living, home care, or nursing home environments
- Strong background in patient care, senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
- Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening abilities
- Valid certification or training in caregiving or nursing-related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
