About the Role

Guangson Education Group Ltd. is looking for an experienced and engaging instructor to support Kindergarten–Grade 5 students preparing for private school interviews and assessments.

Responsibilities

- Develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills
- Prepare students for private school interviews and assessments
- Conduct storytelling, picture description, Show & Tell, role-play, and classroom activities
- Support emotional regulation, focus, following instructions, and problem-solving
- Provide feedback to parents and the education team

Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 4–10
- Background in ECE, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field




- Experience with private school preparation is an asset
- Strong English communication skills
- Patient, engaging, and responsible teaching style
