Help Quarterback the Next Generation of HPA Motorsports For more than 35 years, HPA Motorsports has been developing, manufacturing and delivering high-performance automotive solutions to customers throughout North America and around the world.

Now we're building the next generation of HPA and strengthening the purchasing, inventory and production coordination behind our products.

We are looking for a highly organized, business-minded individual to take ownership of a critical position connecting our purchasing, vendors, inventory, warehouse and production operations.

The Opportunity

Our ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with commercial awareness and hands-on operational capability.

One moment you may be reviewing upcoming production requirements and purchase orders with a supplier. The next you could be coordinating incoming freight, checking inventory requirements, preparing production kits or ensuring a completed product is properly packaged and ready to ship.

You need to be equally comfortable working at a computer, communicating with a vendor and rolling up your sleeves in the warehouse.

What You'll Own

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Manage purchasing requirements across HPA's product lines
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers
- Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding pricing, availability, production schedules and delivery dates
- Follow open purchase orders and proactively identify potential supply interruptions
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, import/export customs documentation and procedures,



and work with carriers and customs brokers to keep shipments moving.
- Develop strong working relationships with key suppliers
- Review supplier performance, lead times and purchasing requirements
- Help negotiate pricing, order quantities and purchasing efficiencies
- Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records

Production Planning

- Coordinate material requirements against upcoming production schedules
- Ensure required components are available before production begins
- Work closely with HPA's technical and production teams to establish priorities
- Identify shortages or potential bottlenecks before they interrupt production
- Coordinate outside processes and supplier requirements where necessary
- Help develop and maintain realistic production and inventory forecasts

We don't want to discover on Monday that we're missing the component we needed to build on Tuesday. Your job is to see Tuesday coming.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

- Coordinate receiving and inspection of incoming products
- Maintain accurate inventory and product locations
- Organize warehouse workflow and inventory movement
- Manage component staging and production kitting
- Prepare kits and assemblies for production
- Coordinate packaging and boxing of finished products
- Ensure completed orders are accurately prepared for shipment
- Maintain an organized, efficient and professional warehouse environment
- Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation

Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone with a strong history in procurement, product management, inventory, production planning, warehouse operations or supply-chain coordination.

Automotive experience would certainly be an asset, but it isn't mandatory.

Mechanical aptitude is important:



you should understand how components fit together, interpret parts information and work with the technical team to prepare complete production kits.

- Has previous experience in purchasing, procurement, product line management or operations
- Has experience coordinating inventory and production requirements
- Is exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is a strong professional communicator
- Is comfortable dealing directly with suppliers and vendors
- Understands lead times, inventory levels and production planning
- Thinks commercially and understands that inventory represents invested capital
- Is confident working with Microsoft Excel, Word and business software
- Is comfortable learning ERP, inventory and purchasing systems
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and make sound decisions
- Recognizes problems early and communicates them before they become emergencies
- Is willing to work hands-on when required
- Takes pride in building processes that make an organization run better

Compensation & Benefits
