Hirecruiting seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager in Windsor, Quebec to lead TPM deployment and Lean initiatives across the site. You will coach and partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, safety, and frontline teams to elevate productivity, reliability, quality, and engagement. You will champion a culture focused on zero injuries, zero defects, zero waste, and zero unplanned downtime, guiding Kaizen events and structured problem solving to drive sustainable improvements.
