Real canadian superstore in Kelowna is seeking a Produce Department Manager to oversee all fresh counters, freezers and coolers, ensuring safety, sanitation, and high standards of customer service at 2280 Baron Rd.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail meat, Grade 12 diploma, and management experience is a plus. You will lead staff, manage wage costs, enforce company policies, and coordinate receiving with the sales floor in a rapid-paced environment.
