We are hiring for a Full-Time Produce Supervisor with a wage of $23.75 at our location in Hinton, AB. (Hinton Valley location) Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of produce - Ordering, receiving, and merchandising product - Ensure product is stocked, rotated, well-presented, and culled appropriately - Maintain sales records and operate computerized sales and inventory systems - Assist the Produce Manager in creating seasonal and promotional displays - Assist in Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards - Maintain a clean and sanitized work area - Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience What you Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of produce or grocery supervisory experience - Warm and welcoming personality - Ability to work and thrive in a quick-paced team-oriented environment - Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays) - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
