What You’ll Do

You’ll guide customers from their first visit or inquiry through vehicle selection, test drives, purchase, and delivery.

- Connect with customers: Welcome showroom visitors and respond to phone and online inquiries.
- Find the right fit: Help customers choose a vehicle that suits their needs.
- Bring vehicles to life: Conduct walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Keep the conversation going: Follow up with active leads, unsold prospects, and previous customers.
- Build your business: Develop sales opportunities through referrals and lasting relationships.
- Know your product:



Stay informed about Toyota vehicles, inventory, and current promotions.
- Make the experience count: Provide helpful, skilled service from first contact to delivery.
