Our agency client is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Product Designer with strong UX and UI expertise to support the redesign and development of a web-based loyalty platform. The ideal candidate has experience designing loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer retention programs and can balance strategic UX thinking with hands-on UI execution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead UX design for a web-based loyalty platform
- Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Evaluate and improve existing user experiences and workflows
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive engagement and retention
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and components within established brand guidelines
- Create scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma
- Support the delivery of multiple project phases from concept through implementation

Requirements:

- 4+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or UX/UI Design experience
- Proven experience designing loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer retention programs
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work

- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Expertise in user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and customer-centered design principles
