We just got a new req for a Product Manager in Irvine CA

Product Manager with an automotive background. This is an onsite position requiring candidates to work from the office five days a week.

The interview process will consist of One or Two Infosys interview round and One client interview round. Given the nature of the role, candidates must have experience in Connected Car and Telematics technologies.

Job Summary: The Product Manager will support requirement engineering, analyzing, designing, and implementing systems and processes within the automotive domain.



This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Must have

· Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

· Product Discovery: Perform competitor analysis, create chance assessment workflows, create product roadmaps, including setting targets and adhering to deadlines

· Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, impact assessment, processes, and changes in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

· Collaboration: Work with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and system design and mitigate any roadblocks that can impact the delivery.

· Testing and Implementation: Participate in testing and implementing new systems or enhancements.

Nice to have

· Industry knowledge (automotive, telematics, Infotainment system, Connected Car)

· Domain knowledge of TSP (Telematics Support Platform) Platform and Applications

· Experience with enterprise software solutions.

· Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
