Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Home Care Attendant to provide compassionate personal care and home support within Steinbach. The role supports individuals to remain in their homes safely, in alignment with an established plan of care.

The incumbent will work evenings and weekends, in person, and may travel to other regional facilities as required. Applicants should have Grade 12, plus a Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide certificate with a community component.
