Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A; to support the North America Hydronics business and report to the CFO of North America Residential Solutions. You will lead a team of finance professionals to provide guidance on P&L;, working capital and cash flow, and to develop accurate forecasts and annual plans.

The role requires solid communication, GAAP knowledge (US/Canada), and a proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
