Assist manager in daily operation of production team.

Open production room, set up daily production of departments, and supervise team of people.

Prepare documents and daily production sheet, for day or week. (i.e. special order products.)

Prepare daily products to be produced for day or week. (i.e. pull from freezer or cooler, unpacking of materials, receiving of materials.)

Deal with any production issues (i.e. raw material issues, equipment issues…)

Do quality checks on production products.

Ensure staff are ready for their shift and deal with any issues, report if necessary (i.e. tardiness, absences, breaks, time cards, questions or concerns…)

Training and further training of new and existing staff.

Ensure all staff are working in a safe, efficient and clean manner.

Participate and prepare staff evaluations and general staff meetings

Ensure all equipment are working properly, report any issues immediately.

Ensure all cleaning routines are completed at end of day.

Ensure all Inventory and inventory controls are correct and followed.

Food knowledge, knife skill, cutting equipment skills beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
