Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker/Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various manufacturing machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, growing company that values precision, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other production machinery with precision and care
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications using blueprints, CAD drawings, or technical instructions
- Perform routine inspections of machinery such as Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and basic math skills to verify product specifications meet standards
- Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while adhering to safety and quality protocols




- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times
- Support warehouse activities including forklift operation for material handling and inventory management

Qualifications
- Prior experience with manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or press brake machines is preferred
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and CNC programming is highly desirable
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and calipers for measurements
- Familiarity with welding techniques and assembly processes is a plus
- Warehouse experience including forklift certification is advantageous
- Solid attention to detail coupled with basic math skills for quality checks
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment
