We’re looking for a Professional Graphic Designer with exceptional visual taste and a strong understanding of contemporary, social-first design to join our creative team.

The Role

This role is focused primarily on designing content for social media across a portfolio of brands.

We’re looking for someone who understands the visual language of leading beauty and lifestyle brands and can translate an established brand identity into content that feels current, elevated and native to social media.

You should have a robust eye for typography, composition, imagery and visual storytelling, but equally important is taste. You understand what makes a social feed feel premium and what is happening creatively across Instagram and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social-first graphics and content across Instagram (primarily), LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms
- Create static posts, carousels, story assets, campaign graphics and other social media creative with briefs provided by Social Media Managers
- Translate established brand guidelines and creative briefs (copywriting provided) into compelling social content
- Develop layouts that combine photography, typography, graphic elements and brand assets in visually interesting ways
- Adapt creative concepts across different formats, platforms and dimensions
- Work across multiple beauty, lifestyle and consumer brands while maintaining a distinct visual identity for each
- Collaborate with strategists, account managers, copywriters and other creatives to bring content concepts to life




- Source and curate imagery, references and visual inspiration where appropriate
- Contribute ideas and references during creative development and content planning
- Stay closely connected to emerging social media design trends, aesthetics and creative formats
- Maintain a high level of consistency and attention to detail across all client work
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

What We’re Looking For

- A professional graphic designer
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media design
- Exceptional visual taste and a strong understanding of what makes creative feel premium, modern and culturally relevant
- A transparent understanding of the design standards and visual language of leading social-first beauty and lifestyle brands
- Strong typography, layout, composition and image-selection skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media creative formats
- Confidence working from creative briefs while also bringing your own ideas and recommendations to the table
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute polished work consistently
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proactive, receptive to feedback and comfortable working within a collaborative creative process

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing and exporting assets specifically for social media
