Fairmont Vancouver Airport invites you to join its Central Services team. As a Central Services Agent, you will provide qualified, friendly service by telephone, act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, and maintain accurate records of guest calls to Central Services.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and Guest Services to support guest arrivals, handle shipping and lost and found, stay informed about hotel facilities, and follow
