FortisBC is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support external and internal project teams, planning and executing programs to completion. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will drive scope management, cost control, and timely delivery within deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 4–7 years of PMO experience, robust contract negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, and Primavera.
