Introduction

The Project Coordinator – L3 role is designed for individuals who are skilled in assisting project management and data processing professionals. This position requires a candidate who can handle project coordination and synchronization tasks effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Security Clearance Required: Reliability
- Experience in providing administrative and technical support to project teams
- Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and application/system libraries
- Ability to act as a single point of contact in a "hot-line" situation
- Experience with tracking project change requests, risks, and issues using Azure ADO
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Familiarity with MS Project and PMIS




- Knowledge of PSPC Task Authorization Processes
- Understanding of procurement knowledge

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to a project team
- Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files
- Communicate with project management and data processing professionals, technical users, and end users on administrative matters related to the project
