Our client, an established contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and design-build construction, is looking for a project Coordinator to join their Edmonton team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with a solid construction background who enjoys balancing project coordination with estimating responsibilities. You'll work closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects organized, on budget and moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support the day-to-day coordination of commercial and industrial construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Work alongside Project Managers to track project budgets, costs, invoices, progress billings and change orders.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders,



meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Assist with project scheduling, monitor key milestones and communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support the estimating process by completing quantity take-offs, gathering supplier and subcontractor pricing, and preparing cost estimates.
- Assist with tender submissions, bid evaluations, purchase orders and subcontractor awards.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
- Coordinate project closeout activities, including inspections, deficiency lists, as-built drawings, warranties and turnover documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and field personnel to help resolve project issues and keep deliverables on track.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working on construction projects in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar capacity.
- Direct construction project experience, ideally within commercial, industrial or design-build environments.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
