This role requires 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in a QA/QC or manufacturing role. In this position, you will conduct investigations on product failures and customer complaints while ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive investigations of product failures
- Initiate and manage customer complaint reviews
- Interface with customers for information gathering
- Prepare and issue complaint acknowledgment letters
