Project Manager – Civil Construction

Lower Mainland, BC | $110K–$130K + vehicle, benefits & RRSP

Established civil and landscape contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal projects from $1M–$30M.

The Role

- Manage 2 projects from award to close-out
- Own budgets, schedules, subcontractors and reporting
- Manage change orders, billing and contract administration
- Lead meetings with municipal clients and consultants
- Work with a dedicated Superintendent and engineering team

What You Bring

- 3–4+ years of civil construction PM experience
- Municipal/public-sector project experience
- Solid contract administration and change order knowledge
- Ability to read civil drawings/specifications
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence

Nice to Have: Sports fields, parks, active transportation or MMCD experience. Offer: $110K–$130K + vehicle, laptop, benefits after 3 months, RRSP after 1 year, and a clear path to Senior PM. Fast, two-stage interview process.
