Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget requirements. Your leadership will drive project success by fostering collaboration among teams, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules as needed using tools like ProCore and Civil 3D to address potential delays or issues proactively.
- Oversee safety compliance on-site by conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage project documentation including reports, change orders,



RFIs (Requests for Information), and logs through construction management software.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates effectively.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for accurate project oversight.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools and software such as HeavyBid or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other civil engineering tools.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and civil engineering principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
