Project Manager — Industrial Engineering Lean Manufacturing Flow Optimization About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing production sites. You will be at the heart of lean initiatives, from the shop floor to management. Your Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement projects on production lines Create value stream maps (VSMs) and identify waste Lead Kaizen workshops with field teams Implement performance indicators: OEE, takt time, cycle time Deploy and maintain the 5S methodology and visual management Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to prioritize projects DESIRED PROFILE

Degree in industrial engineering,



production engineering, or logistics 3 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in Lean tools: VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, PDCA Lean Six Sigma certification (green or black belt — an asset) Excellent project management and team facilitation skills Functional bilingualism (French/English) required What We Offer
