Alfa Laval is hiring a full-time Project Manager to manage industrial equipment orders for customers in Canada. The role is primarily office-based and involves coordinating with customers, sales, order fulfilment, logistics, factories, and engineering and service teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage capital and aftersales orders from sale through delivery, commissioning, and customer handover.
- Review customer purchase orders and company offers for gaps or non-compliance.
- Coordinate technical documentation, compliance, and manufacturing inspections between customers and factories.
- Track order progress, hold follow-up meetings, and help ensure timely delivery.
- Keep local management informed about project status, delays, technical disputes, and payments.

Qualifications

- Degree in engineering, technical diploma,



or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of experience with projects involving industrial equipment delivery.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment such as decanters, heat exchangers, centrifuges, and pumps.
- Knowledge of contract management, order-to-cash processes, and document control.
- PMP certification is an asset.

Compensation

Salary range: $80,000–$110,000 CAD annually, based on experience and role alignment. Eligible for a target bonus of up to 10% of annual base salary, dependent on company performance. Advantages and growth opportunities are also offered.
