Role Description The Project Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role near Logan Lake, BC. This position supports the janitorial project by coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, suppliers and ensuring that job specifications and quality standards are met.

Day-to-day tasks include organizing work orders, tracking project progress, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to supervisors and cleaning teams. The role also involves assisting with supply management, addressing client inquiries, and helping resolve issues related to project timelines or service delivery. The coordinator works closely with team members to maintain smooth operations and consistent service excellence.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Basic administrative and computer skills, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality to support high cleaning standards and accurate documentation.
- Ability to work in office near Logan Lake, BC, and collaborate in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in coordination, administration, facilities, or cleaning services is an asset.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

Compensation: Starting at $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This position follows a 10-days-on, 5-days-off rotation. Travel to and from site is included.
