Job Summary

Join our dynamic facilities team as a Property Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC components.
- Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and infrastructure issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to manage automated building functions and machinery.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and document repairs.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment and structural elements.
- Supervise maintenance staff or contractors during projects, ensuring safety standards and quality control are maintained.
- Lead facilities maintenance initiatives, including upgrades, renovations, or emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections,



and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or occupant concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical systems safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for managing maintenance workflows.
- Skilled in welding techniques for structural repairs or fabrications.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in automated systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and facilities management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide teams through complex projects or urgent repairs.
