Killam Apartment REIT in Dartmouth, NS seeks a Maintenance Technician for a 2-month term ending December 31, 2026. You will perform repairs, renovations, painting and general upkeep of residential units to support a well-maintained portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of similar experience, can work in a team or independently, and possess plumbing, electrical or HVAC know-how. A valid drivers license is required, and Renovations experience is a plus.
