TD Securities seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee a key stream within the U.S. Treasury Clearing program, accountable for end-to-end delivery of regulatory and business outcomes in a complex setting. You will partner across business, technology, control functions, and external providers to manage plans, risks, dependencies and go-live readiness, while maintaining artifacts and governance; experience with capital markets and JIRA/Confluence is required.
