Location Description:

Extensive health care needs and personal care. Feeding tubes and catheters. Must adhere to protocols and support strategies.

Job Summary:

Provide guidance and support to individuals. Contribute input for the development, implementation, and review of support plans. As part of a staff team, share knowledge and information in assisting with problem solving, identifying needs, and promoting a secure and healthy environment for all individuals at the location.

Qualifications:

- 1.Completion of a one (1) year post-secondary diploma/degree in a human service field of study and six (6) months experience working with people with an intellectual disability.
- 2.First Aid Certification.
- 3.Valid Driver's License and access to an automobile.

This is an open, part-time contract position. A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check, proof of a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance will be required as a condition of employment.
