We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Python Developer with

5+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale, highly componentized and scalable applications using Python. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise along with exposure to modern

Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

architectures.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in

Python application development

, preferably in enterprise-scale environments.

- Robust understanding of

Python programming concepts, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding best practices

.

- Proven experience developing backend applications, RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices

.

- Experience designing and developing high-performance, low-latency, scalable,



and highly available applications

.

- Hands-on experience with

CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

- Experience working with

Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerized platforms

.

- Experience troubleshooting application issues, investigating bugs, performing root-cause analysis, and providing production support

.

- Strong understanding of application security, data protection, and secure coding practices.

- Ability to work effectively in

Agile/Scrum development environments

, including code reviews, pair programming, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global and cross-functional development teams
