What You'll Do:
- Perform MIG welding in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and CWB requirements.
- Use your CWB welding qualifications and experience to produce high-quality welds.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Complete welding work accurately and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards.
- Safely use hand tools such as grinders, hammers, and other welding equipment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For:
- Valid CWB welding qualification required.
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
