With production facility in China and Canada, we are securing a strong brand and reputation in the Turn-key PCB assembly section of the EMS industry.

Currently, we require a Quotation Specialist on an 18-month contract to join the Sales Team. Salary is dependent upon experience and performance. Training in internal processes and standards will be provided.

Job Types: Full time, 18-month Contract for maternity leave coverage (On Site)

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing quotes for clients based on their project requirements.
- Work with the BOM pricing team to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
- Support the seamless processing of client orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks, including record maintenance, PBOM generation, PO Data entry, and correspondence management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client accounts, orders, and communications documentation.
- Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Help manage client accounts, updating information and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of account reports and presentations.




- Working with cross-functional teams to resolve all client-related questions and concerns.
- Stay updated on Bittele's services and capabilities to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Quotation Evaluation
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications

- Technologist or technician diploma in an Electronics Technologist, Technical or Engineering program, and/or past electronics industry experience.
- Knowledge of schematics and PCB design.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills with a technical mindset.
- Advanced skills with ERP software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Publisher would be an asset.
