We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. This means that you won't be reporting into a large corporate structure - you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes. - - Active RBT Certification - Reliable transportationto get to client's homes - High school diploma or equivalent(college is a plus, but not required!) - Must be18 or older - Ability topass a background check - Must be Available: M,W,F 10:00a-2:00p - Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Pay Scale: $20-$28
