Remote People Ltd. in Scarborough, ON, invites a hands-on Lead HR to shape and execute our broad HR program in a high‑performance manufacturing setting.

You will guide employee relations, recruitment, safety, planning, compliance, and HR ops while leading a small HR team with direct visibility to the VP of Operations. You will influence HR strategy and workforce growth, partnering with plant leadership to balance strategic priorities with day‑to‑day execution, in a non‑union setting.
