Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Ensure proper loading, mixing, and unloading of concrete
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and tickets
- Keep the truck clean and in positive working condition
- Follow all company safety policies and provincial regulations
- Assist with minor maintenance and troubleshooting when required
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Valid DZ or AZ driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (concrete experience preferred)
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and road regulations
- Ability to work long hours,



including early mornings and occasional weekends
- Physically capable of climbing, lifting, and working in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience operating a ready-mix truck
- Knowledge of concrete properties and job site practices
