An exciting opportunity exists to join the launch of a new Ontario real estate brokerage focused on serving investors, developers, landlords, tenants, business owners, and property owners throughout the GTA and beyond.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to act as Broker of Record and become a key part of building the brokerage from the ground up.

This is an entrepreneurial chance best suited for a broker who is interested in growth, leadership, and helping shape the future direction of a commercial-focused brokerage.

What We Bring The founder has extensive experience in business operations, management, marketing, technology, and brokerage administration, with a strong focus on building scalable systems and generating business.

The objective is simple: allow experienced real estate professionals to focus on servicing clients and closing transactions while the operational side of the brokerage is supported.

- Be registered as a Broker in Ontario
- Possess significant commercial real estate experience
- Have experience with commercial sales and/or leasing transactions
- Understand the needs of investors, landlords, tenants, developers, and business owners




- Demonstrate strong professionalism and leadership
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented approach
- Be interested in helping build and grow a brokerage platform

Responsibilities
- Act as Broker of Record for the brokerage
- Provide supervision and oversight in accordance with Ontario regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support brokerage growth initiatives
- Participate in recruiting and mentoring efforts as the brokerage expands
- Help establish a strong compliance and client-service culture
- Continue growing your own real estate business

Compensation This opportunity is structured around production and growth rather than a traditional salary.
